Common questions
- Does the person scanning see my phone number?
- No. Your number is hidden by default. It only appears if you switch it on yourself, for that one tag, and you can switch it off again whenever you want.
- Do they need to install an app?
- No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page in the phone camera or browser. Nothing to download, and no account needed to notify you.
- How does the alert reach me?
- It shows up in your Reyahh account with the reason, any message, and a map pin if they shared their location. Add Reyahh to your Home Screen and allow notifications, and the alerts also arrive while your phone is locked. On iPhone that step is required.
- Where does each product go?
- The car sticker goes on the windscreen or the rear window, from the inside. The motorcycle sticker goes on any flat, visible surface. The luggage tag clips onto a handle with its steel cable.
- What sizes are available?
- The car sticker is 8 × 11 cm. The motorcycle and scooter sticker is 5.5 × 8.5 cm. The luggage tag comes in two sizes: small at 5.5 × 8.5 cm and large at 8.5 × 11 cm.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is charged separately from the product and depends on the governorate: Cairo and Giza, Alexandria with the Delta and the Canal cities, Upper Egypt, and outlying governorates each have their own fee. Support confirms the exact total on WhatsApp before the order is dispatched.
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. The price covers the tag and the alert service for as long as you use that tag. There is no monthly fee on the standard product.
- How do I order?
- Open the shop, pick your products and sizes, add your name, phone, city, and delivery address, and send the order on WhatsApp. The message is prepared for you. Support replies and completes the order.
- I bought a tag in a shop. How do I link it?
- Scan it while signed in to your Reyahh account and it becomes yours. If you do not have an account yet, the page itself will ask you to create one.
- Can I have more than one tag on one account?
- Yes. Tags are managed together and stay independent of each other, so the settings on your car do not affect your luggage tag. Name them so you know which one an alert is about.
- What if a tag is lost or damaged?
- Open it in the app and turn it off. It stops taking reports straight away, and anyone who scans the old code simply sees that the tag is inactive. Order a replacement and link it with one scan.
- Is Reyahh an emergency service?
- No. If there is an accident, call the ambulance or the police first. Reyahh is a way to reach the owner of a vehicle or a bag, and the optional medical card and emergency contact are not a substitute for medical care.
