Luggage QR tag
A paper luggage label puts your name, your phone number, and often your home address in front of every person who walks past the carousel. A Reyahh tag shows none of that. Whoever finds the bag scans the code and tells you, and you decide what they are allowed to see.
Two sizes
The small tag suits a backpack, a handbag, or a laptop bag. The large tag is easier to spot on a checked suitcase moving down a belt, which is the other reason people use it: a distinctive tag makes your bag findable from a distance.
Both attach through the strap opening with a steel cable rather than a paper loop, so they stay on through baggage handling.
What the finder sees
They scan with a phone camera and get a short page in Arabic or English. They pick “I found this item”, can type a short message such as where the bag is, and can share their location if they choose. Then they send.
They do not see your phone number, your email, or your address. Your delivery address from the original order stays with support and is never printed on the product.
What you get
The alert lands in your Reyahh account with the message and, if shared, a map pin. You reply with a ready line such as “on my way” or “keep it somewhere safe”, and arrange the handover without giving out a number.
One account, several tags
Tags are independent of each other. What you show on the suitcase has nothing to do with what you show on the car, and each one can be switched off on its own. Name them so the alert tells you immediately which bag it is about.
Common questions
- What size should I order?
- The small tag is 5.5 × 8.5 cm and suits a backpack or a handbag. The large tag is 8.5 × 11 cm and is easier to see on a checked suitcase.
- Does it work abroad?
- The code opens a web page, so any phone with a camera and an internet connection can scan it, wherever the bag turns up. The page is shown in Arabic or English.
- Can the finder see my address?
- No. Your email and home address are never shown after a scan. The only things visible are what you chose to turn on for that particular tag.
- What if a tag is lost with the bag?
- Switch the tag off in the app. It stops taking reports immediately, and anyone scanning the old code sees that the tag is inactive. Order a replacement and link it with one scan.
